Welcome to Zakurah (“Zakurah Ltd”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile app, services, and facilities. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Membership and Account

• To use our facilities, book classes, or make purchases online or through our app, you must create an account and maintain accurate, up-to-date information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

• Memberships and class credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.

2. Bookings and Payments

• All class bookings, memberships, and packages can be purchased online, through our mobile app, or at our physical location.

• Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

• We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as other payment methods shown on our platform.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

• Class Bookings:

• Classes can be booked up to 14 days in advance.

• You may cancel a booked class up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time for a full credit refund. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of a class credit, or £5 penalty for members.

• Memberships and Packages:

• All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable , except where required by law.

• Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time. To cancel, please email info@zakurah.com at least 2 days before your renewal is due. Any notice given once payment is taken will take effect prior to the next billing cycle.

• Membership packages must be used within the stated time frame from the date of purchase.

• Zakurah reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case members will receive a full credit refund.

4. Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk

By using Zakurah Gym’s facilities or participating in any class, session, or event (in person or online), you acknowledge and agree that:

• Physical exercise carries inherent risks of injury. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of loss, injury, or damage to yourself or your property.

• Zakurah, its owners, trainers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or damages arising from participation in any activity or use of our facilities or equipment.

• You are responsible for ensuring that you are medically and physically fit to participate in exercise activities. Consult your physician before beginning any fitness program.

• Zakurah must be made aware of any health risk (injury, medical condition, pregnancy etc) prior to attending class.

• Instructors may refuse participation without appropriate medical clearance.

5. Facility Rules and Conduct

• Members must follow all posted gym rules and staff instructions.

• Proper attire and hygiene are required.

• Any damage caused to equipment or property due to misuse or negligence will result in charges for repair or replacement.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and app — including logos, images, text, and materials — is the property of Zakurah Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without our prior written consent.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Third Party Websites

• Our service may contain links to third party websites and services that are not owned or operated by Zakurah Ltd.

• Zakurah Ltd has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Zakurah shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

• All membership payments and bookings are managed by Mariana Tek. By creating an account or booking classes, you consent to sharing your information with Marian Tek, which is managed under their privacy policy.

9. Modifications to Terms

Zakurah Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
