We believe in creating experience! All our classes are beginner friendly, and our fantastic instructors can cater to all abilities!

If you’re coming for the first time, any comfortable sportswear is fine!
Please ensure trainers are clean!
However please note, our traditional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes do require wearing a Gi, but don’t worry, this is not essential for your first class!
Similarly, some classes will require you to remove shoes before participating.
It may be advisable to also remove any jewellery to avoid injury.
